For example if a network connection is not available. @throws AmazonServiceException If an error response is returned by AmazonEC2 indicating either a problem with the data in the request, or a server side issue.The TerminateInstances operation shuts down one or more instances. This operation is idempotent; if you terminate an instance more than once, each call will succeed.
Terminated instances will remain visible after termination (approximately one hour).
