edu.stanford.nlp.trees.Tree.percolateHeadAnnotations()
Finds the head words of each tree and assigns HeadWordAnnotation to each node pointing to the correct node. This relies on the nodes being CoreLabels, so it throws an IllegalArgumentException if this is ever not true.
