org.eclipse.jdt.core.dom.AST.newMethodRef()
Creates and returns a new method reference node. Initially the new node has no qualifier name, an unspecified, but legal, method name, and an empty parameter list.
Note that this node type is used only inside doc comments ( {@link Javadoc Javadoc}).
@return a new unparented method reference node @since 3.0
