org.jitterbit.ui.widget.tabbedpane.KongaTabbedPane.installKeyBinding()
Installs a key binding for the given Action in the WHEN_ANCESTOR_OF_FOCUSED_COMPONENT input map. The action's {@link Action#ACCELERATOR_KEY} is used as trigger; This is a no-op if no accelerator key hasbeen defined.
