ptolemy.actor.IOPort.broadcastClear()
Set all receivers connected on the outside to have no tokens. The transfer is accomplished by calling clear() on the appropriate receivers. If there are no destination receivers, or if this is not an output port, then do nothing. Some of this method is read-synchronized on the workspace. @see #sendClear(int) @exception IllegalActionException If a receiver does not supportclear().
