org.jasig.cas.adaptors.generic.RejectUsersAuthenticationHandler

AuthenticationHandler which fails to authenticate a user purporting to be one of the blocked usernames, and blindly authenticates all other users.

Note that RejectUsersAuthenticationHandler throws an exception when the user is found in the map.
