When creating a message associated with validation it is sometimes necessary to combine disparate pieces of information into a single sensible message. For example combining the part of the message that specifies what the problem is with the name of the thing that the problem applies to. ValidationMessageBuilder is for objects that build messages from one or more sources so that the message is pertinent to the situtation within which it will be used.
