Returns a human-readable form of a transition matrix, where state names have been converted using the supplied map. @param solver what to dump @param incompatiblePairs map from vertex pairs to their IDs in the matrices of the solver. @param newToOrig translation of state names. This is needed if this method is used to display equations computed as a part of GD where vertices are renamed but one would like to see equations in terms of the original vertices. No translation is performed for vertices not found in this map or if newToOrig is null. @return the textual representation of the system of equations stored in solver.
