Displays this question, if the backing BooleanPreference has a value of true. If the "Do not show again" checkbox is selected and the user enters an affirmative choice, the value of the preference is changed to false, meaning that this message will not be shown in the future.

This is a synchronous call - if the message is displayed the calling thread blocks until the message dialog has been dismissed. @param owner an optional Component representing the owner of the message dialog.
