Reads a signed 32-bit integer from the bytes message stream. @return the next four bytes from the bytes message stream, interpreted asan int @throws JMSException if the JMS provider fails to read the message due tosome internal error. @throws MessageEOFException if unexpected end of bytes stream has beenreached. @throws MessageNotReadableException if the message is in write-only mode.
