Returns the current stack of Editors reachable through the Back and Forward buttons.

A BackwardForwardStack instance is perishable. It becomes invalid once

A new editor is opened; or
An editor is closed; or
The active editor is changed, unless it is changed through functionality provided by this class.

As a consequence, a BackwardForwardStack should be created, used immediately, then thrown away, all from the event-dispatching thread, to ensure proper behavior. @author Torgil Zethson @since 3.6.0
