math.nextAfter implements a binding to the Java function {@link java.lang.Math#nextAfter(double,double) Math.nextAfter(double,double)}. Given a tuple with two data atom it Returns the floating-point number adjacent to the first argument in the direction of the second argument.

Parameters:: value - Tuple containing two DataAtom [double].
Return Value:: DataAtom [double]
