org.apache.commons.configuration2.convert.DefaultListDelimiterHandler

This reloading strategy is very similar to {@link FileHandlerReloadingDetector}, except for the fact that it uses VFS and thus can deal with a variety of different configuration sources.

This strategy only works with FileConfiguration instances.
