This class obtains the Benchmark results for the Lists We look at memory usage by simple collections @runSimpleArrayList() looks at memory model for ArrayList @runSimpleVectorTest() looks at the cost for Vectors synchronizationcompared to ArrayList @runSynchronisedListComparisonTest() looks at the cost for synchronizationin the new java 1.5 synchronized collections. in this class we learn that the 1.5 synchronized collections reduce the cost of synchronization over Vector in this class we learn about the big cost to runtime performance of a call to System.gc()
