A GUI component that displays a list of sense meters. The user can either select a transmitter; in this case this transmitter's sense excitation on all receivers are monitored. Or the user can select a receiver; in this case all transmitters' excitations regarding this particular + receiver are monitored.

This class contains an inner class for displaying The meters. An offscreen image is rendered depending on the window size which contains a translucent blue-to-red gradient bar.
