JDO object for a Label. Labels can be assigned to any part of an ACC model. A label is stored as a two-state label (essentially, a name and value pair). This can represent things like: "Priority-P4" where P4 is the value to the name Priority. For labels where there is not a name/value structure, the label is simply stored as the name. "Security", for example, would have an empty value and the entire label text in name. The entire label is not stored as one text field, but can be generated by this class using the function getLabelText().
