com.google.devtools.depan.model.builder.DependenciesDispatcher

Implements a DependenciesListener, which means that this is the first class that receive all the new dependencies after their creation. This class will first check if the two elements involved in the new dependency pass the filter constructor-provided filter. If yes, the next step is to check if we already seen this element before (this operation is longer than the filter check, so we do it after). For this, it uses an ElementToNodeMapper, which return the correct Node to insert in the graph, and says if we have to insert it into the graph, or if it should already be present in the graph.
